Membership Cancellation & Billing Policy

Monthly Auto-Renewal

Your membership is a recurring monthly membership. By enrolling, you authorize Martinez Boxing Houston LLC to automatically charge your card on file each month. Your membership automatically renews every month until you cancel.

How to Cancel

All membership cancellations require a mandatory 2-week notice. Cancellations must be submitted either in person at the facility (3307 Texas St, Houston, TX 77003) or in writing via email to martinez@martinezboxing.com.

When Billing Stops

When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current paid month, and you will not be charged again. There is no additional charge after you cancel.

Refunds

The current month is non-refundable. You keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for, but that payment is not refunded or prorated.

Membership Freeze (Pause)

You may freeze your membership instead of cancelling:

• Freeze requests can be made in person or by email/text
• No charges apply while your membership is frozen
• Freezes may last up to 3 months
• Your membership and billing resume automatically when the freeze period ends
