Not at all. We welcome all skill levels — from complete beginners to competitive fighters. Our Fundamental Boxing classes teach proper technique from the ground up in a supportive environment.

Members get key fob access to train any time — day or night, 365 days a year. Coached classes run during scheduled hours, but the facility is always open for independent training.

Adult Unlimited Membership is $150/month with 24/7 access. Youth Boxing is $100/month. Private Training sessions are $75 each. First Responder and Corporate rates available — view all programs.

Yes. We offer a free one-hour session so you can experience the facility, meet our coaches, and see if it's the right fit. No pressure, no commitment — book yours here.

Absolutely. We have an active competitive team with fighters ranked nationally and internationally. Advanced sparring sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Talk to Coach Martinez about joining the fight team.

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, water, and a towel. We have gloves and wraps available for your trial session. Once you join, we recommend getting your own gear — our partners at Fight Shop HTX can set you up.
